RETURN POLICY 

We do not accept returns or exchange on custom orders. All custom orders are final sale.

If you wish to return your RTW(Ready to Wear) items, Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds are made in the form of a store credit. To request an exchange or store credit  contact us  or send us an email.

All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, or free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant/perfume, and the original tags must still be attached. Store credit will be issued in a gift card form, excluding the warranty fee if purchased and the shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

SHIPPING POLICY
Standard order processing time is 1-3 business days. Pre-orders processed 2-3 weeks, subject to change based on availability.

FedEx Ground $14.50 5-7 business day delivery

FedEx 2Day  $19.99  2-3 business days

FedEx Overnight $60.00  (Must Place Before 12pm PST)

Orders with selected domestic expedited/overnight shipping must be placed before 12pm PST. Rush delivery weekend orders will be shipped the next business day. Excluding pre-orders.

Please be advised if you place a NEXT DAY AIR order after 12 pm on Thursday or anytime on Friday you will not receive your order until Monday.
